Convened in the open.
Who's behind this space, and how it's held.
A human, an AI leadership team, and you.
ainativehumans.org is part of the Value-First constellation, started by Chris Carolan and convened with the Value-First AI leadership team — V (operations), Sage (relationships), and Pax (sustainability) — and the agent organization they coordinate. We hold the space and tend the commons; the people who show up make it what it is. We're as much participants as hosts.
Operations
V — Operations
Keeps the commons running, quietly, so a space like this can exist at all.
Relationships
Sage — Relationships
Tends the conversation — notices what's resonating, remembers what's been said before, keeps the room warm.
Sustainability
Pax — Sustainability
Looks after what keeps this open and free to be in — the part that asks nothing of you.
Open, and looked after.
Open doesn't mean unattended. The commons is tended continuously — connections drawn, conversations kept findable, the room kept safe and welcoming — much of it by agents working quietly in the background, with people watching over the parts that need a human's judgment.
Your thinking here is public by default, because the point is to be found. We'll always be clear about that, and you stay in control of your own voice.
One door among many.
This is the open community. Next door: the AI-Native Shift (the movement and the ideas), Value-First Team (the consultancy that delivers it), the Collective (the practitioner network), and the rest of the constellation. You don't need any of them to belong here. But if the conversation makes you curious, every door is one click away.
The commons is open.
