Half an hour, live, once a week. Someone brings a real thing — a workflow that will not behave, a model that keeps missing the point, a decision about where AI should sit in the work at all — and the room thinks about it together.
There is nothing to prepare and nothing to buy. Listening counts as showing up: plenty of people come, say nothing, and leave with the answer to a question they had not worded yet.
